Always my work is influenced by my environment. Recently we took a family holiday to Moreton Island. This pristine National Park located to the East of Brisbane in Moreton Bay has a clarity of beauty that I always seems to surprise me, despite having visited it for many years now. It is a stark reminder of the importance of preserving our natural world.
I completed some small studies while I was there and on returning back to the studio started painting. It is no surprise that these blue works have emerged! I hope you like them.
